FAQ.

* What are the toys made out of?

- These are made with 3d printed resin and then hand painted and clear coated for durability.

 

* When will my order ship?

-Some orders will ship shortly after it is placed. If your order is a "made to print" order there will be some processing time for the item to be made before it is able to ship. All art toys are hand made so please understand that it can take some time to finish. 

 

* Do you make custom orders?

- I am open to doing custom colorways of designs I have, if this is something that you are intrested in it would be best to reach out to me first before placing a order and we can order out the details.

 

* I received my order but the item was damaged or broken, what do I do?

- Since these items are made of resin and being shipped it is possible that they could run into damage during the shipping process. I make sure to pack them as well as I can but if you do have a issue when you receive your item please reach out to me by email or DM on instagram and I will help you with a replacement.
